The Manufacturer is the company that produces or markets the agricultural vehicle and uses the data collected through the application for technical support, diagnostics, and assistance in the event of faults or anomalies.
The Manufacturer determines the purposes for which the data is collected and used.
Furinet srls, as the developer and technical provider of the application and related backend services, processes the data exclusively on behalf of the Manufacturer and according to its instructions, without using the data for its own purposes.
The application connects to the vehicle or electronic board via Bluetooth and reads technical and telemetry data related to the operation of the vehicle.

The data read by the application may be transmitted to a cloud server to allow the Manufacturer to view technical information about the vehicle and provide support in the event of faults, errors, or anomalies.
Unlike previous versions of the app, technical and telemetry data is not used only for local display on the device, but may also be sent to and stored on server infrastructure.
The data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
The data is not used by Furinet srls for its own purposes, nor for marketing, commercial profiling, or sale to third parties.
The app does not directly collect the user’s name, surname, address, phone number, email address, or other personal identification data.
The data collected is mainly technical data relating to the vehicle or electronic board. However, the vehicle serial number may allow the Manufacturer, in the event of a support request or technical verification, to associate the collected data with a specific vehicle or customer.
Furinet srls does not independently hold the information needed to associate the serial number with a natural person or final customer.
The data is processed by the Manufacturer for technical assistance, diagnostics, and product support purposes.
Depending on the relationship between the Manufacturer and the customer or user, the legal basis may be the performance of a contract or requested service, or the legitimate interest of the Manufacturer in ensuring the proper operation, safety, and technical support of its vehicles.
The app requires Bluetooth access in order to connect to the vehicle or electronic board and read the technical data described in this policy.
Depending on the device and operating system, additional technical permissions may be required for the Bluetooth connection and data transmission to function correctly.
The requested permissions are used exclusively to enable the operation of the app and related services.
The data is accessible exclusively by the Manufacturer through reserved technical tools.
At this time, access to the portal or backend is not provided to dealers or other external parties.
Furinet srls may access the data only to the extent necessary to perform technical development, maintenance, security, application management, API, database, and server infrastructure activities.
The data is not made public and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The data may be processed by technical or cloud service providers used to deliver the service, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the infrastructure and according to the Manufacturer’s instructions.
The data is retained for the time necessary for technical assistance, diagnostics, and the management of any faults or anomalies.
The retention period is determined by the Manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified, the data will be retained for a maximum period of 36 months, except where longer retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the Manufacturer’s rights.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to protect the data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Such measures may include access authentication, permission management, encrypted communications, backups, technical logging, and access limitation to authorized parties only.
Where the technical data collected can be associated with a natural person, that person may exercise the rights provided by applicable data protection law, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
